Wow @Ask_Spectrum I got an email months ago that said free upgrade to 200mb internet. I called and and support referred me to sales, who said it would be 15 dollars more for the upgrade and then oh wait even more for the new DVR fee. Unbelievable! #SPECTRUM

Boy I love it when @Ask_Spectrum has an cable outage and you cannot watch stuff off of your DVR because one of their troubleshooting steps was to reboot it and it won’t work until the box knows you pay for that service! #spectrum #outage #charter
