Wow @Ask_Spectrum I got an email months ago that said free upgrade to 200mb internet. I called and and support referred me to sales, who said it would be 15 dollars more for the upgrade and then oh wait even more for the new DVR fee. Unbelievable! #SPECTRUM

Been sitting outside in my car for 90min waiting for @GetSpectrum to arrive for their 8-9 AM appointment window since they have “come” twice before and said no one was here...support says that I’m still on the schedule despite no arrival / call

I’m ready for a week with no power and technology failures. The lighting strike from last week still seems to be causing issues in the neighborhood. Once again, thanks to @GetSpectrum for getting us back up and going pretty quickly.

Hey @GetSpectrum we’re big fans of @SpectrumNews1WI and your Internet & cable advertising platforms are smart plays. But your Wisc. business dispatch and subcontracted install processes leave a lot to be desired. How long should a returning customer expect to wait? 1 week? More?
